This Sunday I’m going zip lining — something I genuinely love.

This photo was taken a few years ago, and I’m heading back again now, this time as a gentle celebration with a good friend. She set herself a personal goal around feeling more comfortable in her body and making supportive choices for herself, and this experience became something positive to look forward to together.

Moments like this are a reminder that motivation doesn’t need to come from pressure or extremes.
Often, it grows from encouragement, connection, and choosing experiences that feel meaningful.

In both life and practice, gentle goals and shared moments can support people far more than pushing ever does. 🤍

If this resonates, you’re very welcome to share what helps you stay encouraged — no pressure, just connection.

January doesn’t need to be a “fresh start” filled with big promises.
For many bodies, especially after a busy end to the year, it’s simply a time to settle, soften, and reconnect.

Recovery doesn’t happen through pushing harder.
It happens through gentle support, regular care, and listening to what your body needs right now.

If you’re feeling tired, heavy, or a little disconnected, that’s okay.
Small, consistent steps are more than enough to begin feeling better.

🌿 International Thank You Day 🌿

A heartfelt thank you to my clients, friends, and work partners 🤍

Nature teaches us so much when we pause long enough to notice 🌸
This flower is beautiful on its own — and when you look closer, you see the many small stems growing quietly beneath it 🌱

Life is much the same.
It is always changing, always moving 🌊

When we allow ourselves to move with life — to keep learning 📚, to care for our bodies 🤍, to stay curious and gently motivated — those changes feel less heavy.
Health is supported through consistency.
Ageing feels softer when we stay engaged.
And happiness grows when we give ourselves regular moments of rest and care ✨

A book 📖
Time out ☕
Movement 🤸‍♀️
A massage 💆‍♀️
A moment just for you 🌿

Thank you for walking alongside me — for your trust, your conversations, your support, and your shared growth 🙏
I’m deeply grateful for the community we continue to build, one small step at a time 🌱

With appreciation,
Fiona 🤍

A simple Friday update for those who’ve been asking 🤍

Australian private health funds are accepted for my sessions.

I offer a range of supportive therapies, including:
• Remedial Massage
• Relaxation-focused bodywork
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• AquaStretch (movement-supported therapy in water)
• Aromatherapy Massage

Each session is unhurried and guided by comfort, awareness, and respectful movement — on land or in water.

Sharing this here for clarity and planning.
You’re always welcome to reach out if you’d like more information. Feel free to connect if this is helpful!

This is called Gravitrax — a little bit nerdy and a whole lot of fun 😄

It’s a marble run game where you build tracks with twists, slides, lifters, zip lines, hoppers and knockers… and then watch it all (hopefully!) work together.

I spent about five hours building this on Christmas Day — adjusting pieces, problem-solving, and laughing along the way. Safe to say, great fun was had 🤍

It reminded me how good it feels to get absorbed in something creative, curious, and hands-on — no rushing, just focus and enjoyment.

Sometimes it’s nice to let yourself play.

I wanted to share a little update with you 🤍

I’m now offering my massage treatments from a new additional location at Hilltop Clinic in Mulgoa / Penrith.

From this space, I’ll be continuing my work in:
• Remedial massage
• Aromatherapy massage
• Manual lymphatic drainage

If you’re lucky enough, you may also meet my colleague and friend Margaret Muscat, a wonderful hypnotherapist whose specialty is supporting people navigating trauma-related challenges. If you’d like an introduction to Margaret, just send me a message and I’m happy to share her details.

My other locations for Massage or AquaStretch remain in Dural, or at Innoshape, a fabulous wellness clinic in Bella Vista, as well as an integrative doctor clinic in the Nexus Building in Norwest.

If this new space, or one of the superb locations I’ve just mentioned, feels supportive for you, you’re very welcome to reach out. I’m always happy to have a chat. 🌿

The year has started, but your body might still be catching up after the pace of December. I see this often — shoulders sitting a little higher, breath a little shorter, movement not quite flowing yet.

There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just your body sharing where it’s at.

Rather than rushing into plans or expectations, this can be a lovely time to slow down, notice what you’re feeling, and respond with a bit of care. Gentle movement, simple awareness, and small pauses can go a long way in creating more ease.

You don’t have to start the year fast.
You’re allowed to start it kindly. 💙

You can’t start a new chapter if you keep re-reading the last one.

We are often conditioned to believe that the end of the year must be a sprint to the finish line. We push harder to close out tasks, fearing that resting means we are losing momentum.

But I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t come from the hustle. It arrives when we finally get quiet enough to listen.

As we stand on the edge of 2026 this Wednesday, I’m inviting you to skip the long list of resolutions for a moment. Instead, do a simple audit of the "mental weight" you are holding.

Just like physical clutter, we accumulate invisible burdens—old routines, lingering stress, and expectations that no longer fit who we are becoming.

Before the clock strikes midnight, ask yourself two simple questions:

🔹 What fueled me in 2025? (Take this with you.)
🔹 What drained me? (Leave this here.)

Letting go of what no longer serves you isn't quitting—it is simply making space for what matters.

I’m taking this time to reset so I can show up fully for the year ahead. I invite you to do the same.

Wishing you a peaceful transition and a clear mind for the year ahead.

Happy New Year!

29/12/2025

As we move into the final days of the year, it’s easy to feel pressure to reflect, plan, and reset everything at once.

The body doesn’t work that way. Change is often supported through small, consistent choices — moving a little more gently, noticing tension sooner, and responding with care rather than force.

This Monday doesn’t need a big push. It can simply be a moment to check in and ask: What would support a little more ease right now?

Small shifts, over time, make meaningful difference.

25/12/2025

If your body feels a bit flat, heavy or just slower today — that makes a lot of sense.

Christmas can be beautiful… and also a lot. The standing, sitting, travelling, hosting, and being “on” all adds up.

Today doesn’t need to be about doing more. A gentle walk, bare feet on the sand, some fresh air, or simply slowing down can be enough to help your body soften again.

Nothing to fix. Nothing to rush.
Just space to move with ease.

24/12/2025

As Christmas Eve arrives tomorrow, I’ve been thinking about how this season invites us to pause, soften, and reconnect — not just with others, but with the simple joys that once made our whole body light up.

Do you remember your favourite Christmas present as a child?
Often it wasn’t the biggest gift, but the one that brought genuine comfort, curiosity or a sense of possibility.

As adults, we don’t always need much — often it’s meaningful connection, gentle movement, or a moment of ease that feels like the real gift.

If this resonates, feel free to share your favourite childhood pressie — I’d love to hear what brought you joy. ✨
