2024: A message from our Founder, Ams 🖤

As I sit here reflecting on the past 12 months, I can’t help but feel so much gratitude—but also a deep acknowledgment of how challenging this year has been.

✨ The Wins:
🍸 Transitioned from being a freelancer (just me!) to a company with an incredible team of 3 (and almost 4!).
🍸 Grew the business by nearly 4X—a pinch-me moment for sure.
🍸 Signed some of my absolute dream clients, proving that taking bold steps really pays off.
🍸 Figured out the juggle of motherhood and business a little better this year (though it’s still a work in progress!).

💔 The Lows:
👎 Barely took time off work—something I’m definitely committed to changing next year.
👎 Navigated some really tough situations that tested me as a leader and grew me in ways I wasn’t expecting.
👎 Was forced to learn how to set boundaries, which came with some heartbreaking lessons but ultimately made me stronger.
👎 Dealt with nearly half a year of no daycare for my son, which turned life and work into a constant balancing act (and a few tears along the way!).

Through it all, I wouldn’t have made it without the unwavering love and support of my family, my best friends, and my little boy. They’ve kept me grounded, lifted me up, and reminded me of what really matters when the pressure felt overwhelming.

Here’s to closing out 2024 with gratitude for the highs and the lessons from the lows. And here’s to an even bigger, brighter, and more balanced 2025.
