My last gig before maternity leave HAD to be the Melbourne Cup 🐎
It was the second year in a row hosting with Sky Racing Russell Leonard 🎤 who is just an absolute legend and a true professional.
Fingers crossed I can do it again next year, or do one better and actually be in Melbourne!

The Territory sun really pushed me this weekend and I felt every one of those 34 degrees but wow the Activate Darwin Kite Festival was truly worth it 🪁

Well done to everyone who played a role in this amazing community event. More than 10,000 people headed to Cullen Bay and were treated to magnificent scenes on both Friday and Saturday.

Thanks to the team at Kites Queensland for their knowledge and expertise and sharing it with us here in the Top End.

Just a note to let all clients know that I’m welcoming my third and final baby in late November 👶🏼🤰🏽
My books are still open but will close in late October - early November for about six months, taking me through to the start of the 2025 dry season when I’ll be back in action 🎤
So now’s the time to lock me in for any functions as my weekends are filling fast.
Thank you all for your support and continued bookings - I’m having an absolute ball hosting your events.

This was such a full circle moment ♾️

This time last year, Women in Thoroughbred Racing NT gave me a chance, and I made it through their luncheon for my first ever MC gig.

And here I am, one year on, MCing their luncheon again and wondering if it wasn’t for them, where I would be.

This association is wonderful, and they do so much for this sport and the women in it so I was honored to be asked back yet again, but with a whole year of experience under my belt.

Fingers crossed they’ll ask me back again next year!

Today’s The NT News Woman of the Year Awards was truly incredible. What a honor to MC this and share the stage with my dear friend Amy Hetherington.

The Territory is full of amazing women, and today proved it, sharing stories of women who do the most selfless work.

So proud today. So honoured to be on the stage. Loved every minute of it and every single person in that room!

This event was so fun 🥳 I haven’t really stopped thinking about it since. How amazing to put Darwin in the spotlight and show the rest of the country what we have to offer. The Territory even took home two awards!
