I have been MIA for a while now…

Why?

Well it started because I went on holidays with my family and I wanted to be super present with them and so I decided to take two weeks away from my socials to just be with them (as you can see it was a wonderful holiday 💛).

Then I went to our teams’ retreat and whilst I was blown away by everything I learnt and the people I met and the opportunity that is in front of me, I was also s**t scared!!

S**t scared of how easy this actually gets to be.

S**t scared to put myself out there. To open up. To be heard. To be seen.

S**t scared about the judgment and criticism from people.

S**t scared about not being good enough, worthy enough, deserving enough to actually create and have the life that I truly desire.

I am human…

I have doubts, fears, worry, anxiety… but I also have hope, dreams, desires, beliefs and a community of people close to me and also from around the world who want to see me succeed and who are cheering me on…

And I have me…

I am NOT giving up on this opportunity and I am NOT giving up on myself and my future.

So here I am…

Scared, excited and nervous, but ready to get back on this journey!

You will be seeing more of me from here on in…

What a way to change your life!

Listen to them or read them, it doesn’t matter! Just get them in your ears and eyes and brain!!

My biggest regrets in life are the chances I didn’t take or waiting to do something that I new I wanted to do, but stopped myself because of fear, doubt, limiting beliefs, fear of judgment, fear of failure, other people’s opinions or simply because I felt that it wasn’t the right time.

Well you know what, there will NEVER be a right time.

The only time you have is NOW!!!

Just do SOMETHING!!!!!

Do you remember learning your ABC’s as a kid?

Must be pretty daunting learning your ABC’s and realizing how far away ‘Z’ is and how many letters there are to learn between ‘A’ and ‘Z’!

Would you expect a child to know every letter straight away and understand how it works and in which order?

No, of course not!!

You teach them one at a time and you approach it with love, patience, grace and a nurturing hand.

Now, imagine your life is like the alphabet…

Where you are RIGHT NOW is at the letter A and your dreams and goals, they are letter Z.

Just like the alphabet, you can’t get to Z without first taking the step from A to B, then to C, then to D and so on…

It doesn’t seem scary when we take it one letter at a time, but when we try look at the whole thing, it can feel a bit overwhelming and scary.

You DON’T need to have it all figured out!

You DON’T need to have all the answers!

You just need to take it one step at a time.

Goals are reached by taking small steps, one after another, towards that end goal.

Don’t live in overwhelm because your dreams are big!! You WANT big dreams!! In fact, you want HUGE DREAMS!!!

Dream bigger than ever, and then take actions towards those dreams

I’m really loving myself!

Like I think I’m a fu***ng great person, excuse the French!! 😂

But seriously, I’m actually falling in love with myself and am so proud of the person I see talking back at me in these videos and photos and that’s huge for me!

I’m standing in my power and taking up space!

If you’re not here for that, and not here to support me, I really couldn’t care!

5 fun facts about me!

1. When I was 16 I started my chefs apprenticeship which led me to work in kitchens for about 10 years. This then took me to France where I spent the winter cooking for private groups in a beautiful wooden Chalet in the alps!

2. I am the youngest of 4 and have the BEST sister and brothers! And of course, I will always be the baby, according to mum! Haha 💁‍♀️

3. I have jumped out of a plane and off a cliff 🪂 Would do both of these things again in a heart beat!!

4. When I was much younger I discovered that I could snort water up my nose and spurt it out my eye 😂😂 I stopped doing this when I found out how bad it is for you! Haha oops!

5. I am a self taught guitarist, actually my brother Nathan taught me to play my first song, and I would love to get lessons one day! I also learnt how to play the piano when I was in high school - no idea how to do that now though! 😆

1. I’ve spent the last couple of years living and working on cattle stations 🐮🤠
2. I’ve travelled a lot of the world, about 26 countries and counting! ✈️
3. I loved and working in the French Alps for a winter season ❄️☃️🏂
4. I’ve had every hair colour under the sun… almost 👩🏼👩🏻‍🦰👱🏻‍♀️
5. I LOVE cooking! I started my chefs apprenticeship when I was 16 and it’s always been a passion of mine 🧑‍🍳🥘
6. I now work at a croc park in Darwin! No, I don’t wrangle crocs, I work in admin, but it’s so cool to be around these animals everyday! 🐊
