For the past 3 years I have been covering and supporting the journey of @rupert.guinness towards his @raceacrossamerica dream.
Races like RAAM are far more than just a race, they deliver lessons in life.
For me it’s about the people that you meet along the way. RAAM is a people journey, not a bike race.
Little has been said about @nathanroderick_ … he is not only one of the greatest humans that I ever met, but without him @rupert.guinness would never have been able to roll up to the start last week.
Nath is a man that flows under the radar … his aptitude and tenacity are exemplary. As a matter of fact, his values are what RAAM is all about.
It’s often these kinds of people that deserve more accolades than the riders … so to Nath and his family that backed him for his RAAM, I salute you … you are as much family as a mate.
Without you I can say I would not have been inspired to come and share these stories to the world.
So @catjwheels who has shown the most enormous trust in this journey … you know this world all too well. I’m just greatful that you are in our world.
