I provide birth doula, pregnancy and post-natal support services and holistic health for couples, singles and non-binary. I am updating my skills currently to support birthing people facing disadvantaged access to health services, resources to improve health and well-being while experiencing determinants outside their control. I am passionate about helping you to feel enabled, included and heard without judgement or expectation.
