It's the end of an era today as we transition off working with ACT Government over the past 4+ years as the contracted media buying agency.
We want to thank all the media owners and our clients that have helped us over this time. It has certainly been a pleasure working with you all!

We have a couple of T!lt birthdays and anniversaries this week!
First up is Vesna, who not only celebrates TWO YEARS at T!lt but also turned 23 on 7th Jan!
Vesna has been our little rock from day 1 - always reliable and willing to have a crack at anything for our team and clients.
Her goals for 2023:

This week we celebrate two years working with Sam!
Sam came to us in late 2020, off the back of the first lockdown. In that time she has mentored us, encouraged us to be inquisitive, and is a valued leader of the team.

We have had another anniversary at T!lt! Jack has been with us for two years and has given us some of his key highlights:
1. The supportive team culture.
Knowing that I was green as grass and in way over my head when I first started, Penny and the team really took a chance on me. While there's plenty about the job I can do backwards, I still have a lot to learn.
It hasn't been easy, and despite me continuously stumbling while finding my way, I really haven't looked back.
2. Learning and writing about the industry
It's pretty great getting paid to be across movements and changes in an industry I was already interested in from my personal life. I've grown to really enjoy writing content for Tilt, in particular for the newsletter.
A lot happens in media every day, and it's a lot of fun being on the cutting edge!
3. The people I get to work with outside the team
From clients to media owners, I have the privilege to work with so many varied and talented people from all backgrounds in media and advertising. Everyone is willing to teach and learn, and work together to come up with new concepts and approaches that benefit everyone.
4. The office location
Really can't pass up the fantastic Kingston Foreshore locale, right in the middle of all things food and coffee. It may be harsh on the wallet at times with so many tasty places around, but we're definitely spoilt here!
This week we celebrated James’ one year anniversary at The T!lt Agency! Here are 3 highlights from James across the past year:
1 - The team! Surrounded by the most supportive team that any workplace could ask for, I’m grateful for the team and all things T!lted!
2 - Diving deep into all things digital. Learning every aspect of the digital landscape has been something I enjoy on a day to day basis at T!lt.
3 - The coffee machine (featured in the pic!). I’m no coffee guru by any means, but I’d like to thank the coffee machine for getting me through the past year.
We are the T!lt wonder women! We are graduates, strategists, client leaders, implementors, media & digital experts. We make time for fitness and are avid gym goers, runners, golfers, skiers, footy players, and we love being karaoke queens. More importantly, we make time for our families, we are puppy parents, aunties and mums.
We know no gender bias. We are women leaders! Happy IWD day.
Welcome Terry!
Terry brings with him 6 years experience in media and advertising across Fed Gov including Defence and DFR. While he is experienced in planning & buying across all media channels, he has a particular knack for digital. After spending most of his career on the Fed Gov account, he moved to a data and analytics role with the University of Canberra for a year to further build on his skillset.
At T!lt, he heads up the Digital team in the planning, implementing, and reporting of our biddable and social campaigns. He also has a keen interest in building up the Canberra market's offering in this space.
The thing he loves most about the industry is the constantly evolving nature of digital advertising, and picking apart data to identify trends and insights to make informed decisions for our clients.
In his spare time, Terry is a massive fan of superhero movies and enjoys taking his two beautiful dogs on adventures.
