This gig was truly such a pleasure to shoot. Hearing .music sing for the first time and having the privilege to be able to capture some of her radiance musically and through the lens.

Being a musician and also being a photographer changes the way I shoot, and I hope you can see how much I loved .music musically through these images ❤️

I have now finished filming for the first stage of my fatherhood project, and am going through all of the footage captured of these wonderful fathers.

It is a beautiful reminder of all the precious moments that I was privy to visually capture.

It has been such a privilege to spend time with these men discussing such an important topic, and working on the first draft of this work is certainly the largest creative hill I have yet to climb.

This is a still from the footage and features the first father I filmed .r.vdb .

As I spend the next month editing, composing and arranging, I will be sharing a still from each fatherhood portrait I have captured.

I am going to be re-releasing my music under my “Creswick” moniker over the next month.

First off the press is “Reissues Vol. 1” which features tracks from a live EP recorded in Brooklyn with a monster band (Nir Felder, Troy Roberts, Des White & Ben Winkelman)

They are on Soundcloud now and will be uploaded to Spotify & Bandcamp in the coming days.

It has been an amazing experience to be filming these profiles of fathers recently. Here is one of my favourite shots from the project thus far…. Filmed with .abbott_ and his son and scored with a rough demo track of some music percolating for the project.
