📅 Day 250 - After spending over 3 months with CSC’s employer relations team as my third rotation, I’ve decided to join the brand and marketing team for my final rotation.
💡 Insight - Choosing what’s next in your career can be tricky. I consulted my mentor, but also found it helpful to listen to my gut and think about the benefits of the experience.

Insight - Providing and receiving constructive feedback is an important part of being a good team member. Use the sandwich method of feedback. Start and end with positives and offer changes as a suggestion.
