A special message from a special man. You cannot be replaced Cliff. We will miss you.
On Monday, microphones across the Triple M network will switch off for the annual No Talk Day. It's to create a space for listeners to check-in with themsevles and their mates. Every day nine Australians take their own lives, and according to Lifeline, on average, seven of those are men.
Gus Worland is no stranger to conversations about mental health. He joins Sacha Barbour Gatt on The Briefing on Monday to explain why Triple M keeps wanting to draw attention to talking about your mental health, and what heβs learned from the listeners when making space for them to speak.
