It’s not everyday you get to release 10 albums of original music at once! ..so I thought I had better share.

IO Demo Tracks Volumes 1 to 10 is the first 10 albums of what will be an ongoing process of consolidating all of my “demo songs” I have produced over the years, from various computers, hard drives, recording devices etc etc.
These first 10 albums are typically somewhere in the Rock genre, whether it’s pop rock, soft rock, alternative rock, heavy rock, there’s a bit of everything.
The next 10 albums will venture in to some of the more experimental stuff, but I thought these were all a good starting point.
The tracks vary in age and quality! but the idea when I track demos isn’t for them to sound great, it is to get an idea down as quick as I can! Which usually means no thought or effort goes in to setting up things properly, or using the right instruments, or micing technics, or preamps etc etc, it literally is just about getting the ideas recorded as they are happening!
The idea is to (eventually) have all of my demos accessible from one place, thousands of songs, with the hope that one day I’ll have the time to start recording some of them properly with the band! 🤞
So with that all said, if anybody is interested in checking out some tunes, and how they started out, hopefully the link works, otherwise just find IO on Spotify and check out the Demo Tracks albums with the colourful covers! 😄👍
