Sent through from a worried neighbour in the area.

Plastered in 2022 and what happened after that? No paint ā€¦ water leaking through from the deck above damaging the external ceilings ? Discolouration from enduring years of weather

I wonder if this was another court case ? Liquidated damages and the poor customer being left to an abandoned property almost at the point of no repair.

After falling behind on this project the attempted cover up of framing issues with inadequate linings tells you what to expect in the future. another year yet another disappointed and out of pocket client of Guardian. Sent through from a plastering contractor who is finishing off a job meant to be complete in 2022. After taking the client to court for cancelling a contract he was unable to manage or complete. The client is now had to engage another builder and pay extra money to finish off something that is falling apart within 2 years from initial installation.

Defects are still being rectified. standard plasterboard ceiling installed directly to joists on a alfresco area which is meant to be lined with Water resistant board with a 5-10mm step in the framing causing severe cracking. visible to the naked eye.
inadequate taping unsuitable for new houses installed incorrectly in the attempt to cover up the framing issue.
Total non compliance and proves the care that goes into building your houses.

Do you want to have to pull down linings and other features of your home within 2 years??
