Talking about clients leaving is pretty taboo - but business happens in cycles, and as our clients grow and evolve, their business needs change, and so does the role that we fulfil for them. We've enjoyed 3 amazing years with this client - we are proud of the work that we did for them during that time, honoured for being a part of their journey during that time, and excited to see what the future holds for them.

We're proud to announce the launch of the new website for Agnew Litigation & HR! ๐ŸŽ‰ This project was a fantastic opportunity for us to truly flex our creative muscles, as the client gave us full creative control to craft a website that perfectly encapsulates their brand and message.

At BeKonstructive Marketing, we believe that the best websites start with powerful storytelling. For this project, we began with the words, wireframing the content to ensure the story and marketing messages were spot on. Once we had the narrative in place, we built a design that not only complemented the content but also showcased the stunning new brand and beautiful photography provided by the client.

It also really really helps your audience retain and recall information.

Oh, and it encourages emotional connection with the reader, which in turn translates into higher engagement levels.

So really, the question should be 'why NOT storytelling'? ๐Ÿง

The next time you want to share some information with your audience, try sharing it in the form of a story. Rather than just a basic 'information dump' about a service you provide - turn it into a story (a real one is preferable!).

Share a story of a real client, the real problem they were experiencing, their real experience engaging your business, and the real impact it had on their business / life / journey.

Set the scene, add a problem, describe the culmination / climax of this problem, and then share how you solved the problem, resulting in a happy ending.

Share it with your audience, and see your engagement metrics increase - more comments, more people stopping and reading, more people referencing your brand.

We don't do fixed-term or lock-in contracts ๐Ÿคฏ

Yeppp, you read that right. BeKonstructive Marketing - a managed services provider - does NOT use fixed-term contracts. We have 'terms of trade' to protect ourselves, but our services are provided on a month-by-month basis, providing flexibility for our clients in the case that something changes.

The world is wild. There is so much uncertainty. Things change, usually outside of our control. And we never want our clients to feel 'trapped' in a contract with us, or to feel like their commitment to us is a financial burden they can't get out of.

We NEVER want them to have to choose between keeping a staff member or keeping us - and choosing us purely because โ€œthey still have 6 months on the contract leftโ€. We never want the reason that someone loses a job they are good at, to be because the business theyโ€™re working for couldnโ€™t afford us AND them - and we still have six months left on the contract.

Despite our lack of fixed-term contracts - our average client relationship is 4 years ๐Ÿ˜Ž because trust, communication, transparency, and empathy are the foundation that we build all of our client relationships on.

Change It Ourselves is a cause close to our hearts, with the goal of changing the date of Australia's national holiday from January 26th to one that Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders don't associate with the loss of their culture and the hardships of their ancestors.

This partnership will see our marketing interns providing pro bono social media services to support this impactful cause.

Before we start writing and creating any content, we conduct keyword research so that we have a good sense of what your audience is interested in, and what information they are looking for.

Once we know what those keywords are, we can begin writing articles and web pages based around those terms.

Now, instead of just creating random content that we think may be relevant to an audience, we are engaging in thoughtful content marketing that all feeds into a larger strategy, with pieces of content that we know will be relevant and valuable to the people who are most likely going to turn into customers.

Hands up if you've been inundated with page notifications "AI supports mentioned you in a post: "Urgent Notice...."?๐Ÿ˜‘

It's the latest Facebook Scam going around targeting business pages. The scammers are sending these messages, hoping that you will click the links and be tricked by leading you to fraudulent Facebook login/support pages.

If this is happening to your business page, here's what you should do:
1. Don't click on any links or interact with their post in any way.
2. Report the post and the account that tagged you.

While Facebook might not take immediate action, if enough people report the post, it's more likely to be addressed.

We've also seen an increase in messaging scams. Luckily, we have a handy trick to reduce the number of scam messages you receive. Check it out in our blog below ๐Ÿ‘‡
