SwimAus 2023 World Championship Trials in Melbourne were six days of thrilling racing! BVM proudly provided a live HD multicam production exclusively for 9Now, featuring live timing graphics, instant replays, interviews, and hostings.

Our production showcased our standard HD broadcast coverage, along with new specialty cams capturing unique angles from under and over the pool, including behind the blocks and sky cams.

A huge thanks to our dedicated crew for their hard work in delivering this high quallity coverage. And a shoutout to all the incredible athletes who showcased their talent and determination throughout the trials.

Braving the weather, we delivered an amazing broadcast of the 2023 ASRL Open National Championships at Bulli Beach! Our team at BigVoice Media Group used an assortment of cameras, a drone, and top-notch commentary to ensure that every moment of the action was expertly captured and brought to audiences all over the world. Despite the challenging conditions, we delivered a top-quality production that showcased the skill and talent of the participants. Congratulations to all the winners and participants, and thank you for making this event an unforgettable one!

BigVoice Media had a fantastic weekend at Queenscliff Beach, NSW, live-streaming the Team Navy ASRL National Team Selection Event, National Short Course Championships and Mixed Crews Championship to audiences all around Australia! 🌊🏖️

Our simultaneous Facebook and YouTube livestream included multi-camera coverage with live drone shots, instant replay and a bespoke graphics package which included sponsorship integration, event start-lists and results.

The last couple of weeks have been all about Bond University as we get closer to their LIVE Open Day broadcast this Saturday the 24th 🎉. 🙌

The upcoming broadcast will involve a live presenter, on-air guests, pre-recorded packages, and more. This is the third Bond Open Day broadcast we have had the pleasure of facilitating, each year overcoming new challenges and brainstorming innovative ways to keep the show exciting and fresh.

With challenge comes change - BigVoice Media Group helped facilitate hundreds of in person events transition to an online space in the wake of Covid-19.

From Safe Work Month in October 2020 to the Benefit Under the Stars at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, formerly a fundraiser gala turned into a completely online auction charity event, we have helped countless organisations seamlessly deliver their events to you totally online.

Since 2020, remote video solutions and virtual events have become a cornerstone of BigVoice Media Group and we look forward to what the rest of 2021 has on offer.

This week we had the pleasure of setting up office at 1 William Street in Brisbane CBD to facilitate this year’s MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorders) Symposium hosted by Workplace Health and Safety Queensland.

Focusing on Safety by design, the symposium featured presentations from international and national experts presenting evidence and systems thinking for preventing MSD and designing healthy and safe workplaces.

Our role was to facilitate an in-person MC, multiple in-person panel sessions, and Zoom meetings combined with visual presentations and online Q&A's - which was all integrated into one livestream.

As always we love working with WHSQ and we're keen for future events.

Seems like it's been forever since the BigVoice team was all together. It proved to be an action-packed weekend for the team.

While 1/3rd of BigVoice was covering the Lloyds Auctions stream, another third was set up in Sunny Scarborough, WA, producing the livestream for the SunSmart WA Surf Life Saving Championships.

Streamed to Facebook and Youtube, the event was a success, and filled with excitement from all the teams in the state.

Huge congratulations to Trigg Island Surf Life Saving Club for taking out the top spot on the weekend.

Last weekend we produced another monthly Lloyds Auctions Classic Car livestream, this time in their Sydney warehouse.

With the red carpet rolled out (not for us, the cars), we tackled two successful streams in two days, with footage shot across Australia and rolled into two packages.

An absolute cracking livestream last weekend at facility in Carrara.

With over 300 lots, some around the country and some at home-base, the back-to-back streams on late Friday night and early Saturday morning could not be achieved without such an incredible team behind the wheel, on-site and remote.

After a scenic four hour commute to Columboola, with such limited reception the team produced a virtual site visit, including drone footage, to overseas investors.

✅✅ Safe Work Month 2020 started with some heat 🔥. We had Masterchef extraordinaire Tessa Boersma in the kitchen cooking up a gorgeous 7-egg omelette which NRL legend 🏈 and SWM Ambassador Shane Webcke had all to himself!

Followed by various live segments presented by none other than old school Nine Sports Reporter Chris Bombolas, to kick off what would be an incredible month full of daily live broadcasts and special events.

BigVoice Media Group were very proud of the quality productions brought to you throughout the entire month, working tightly alongside the Department of Industrial Relations for the Queensland Government.

At the end of July, we were involved in the production of Bond University's 2021 Open Day. In light of current affairs, we are finding that virtual events, whether they be webinars, conferences, competitions, or 'open days' such as this one, are becoming more and more important in keeping the ability to reach targeted audiences in a virtual space. Here's a short behind the scenes look at how the teams from Bond University and BigVoice collaborated these last few weeks to bring a truly special event to your screens.

With the 2020 Olympics drawing to a close last night, we wanted to say a HUGE congratulations to all the athletes that competed. Over the last five years we have had the privilege to be apart of a tonne of swimming meets all over Australia, giving us the opportunity to watch some superstar swimmers flourish, and represent our country on the global stage this year. It is without a doubt we can say that BigVoice Media is so proud of the accomplishments of ALL the Aussie athletes at the Olympics this year, but we’d like to name a special few: a huge congratulations to the efforts of Kaylee McKeown, Ariarne Titmus, Zac Stubblety-Cook, Emma McKeon and Cate Campbell for bringing home the gold. We wish nothing but the best for all the athletes around the world in their future endeavours! Bring on the next Olympics, but it’s the 2032 Brisbane Olympics that has us most excited.

Two weeks of streaming down to... a 80 second video?! In all seriousness, this reel perfectly encapsulates the excitement, energy, and ever-changing weather over the Australian Age Swimming Championships and the following Australian Swimming Championships at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre. 10 cameras, 15 team-members, and about 10km of cabling later... We feel really great about working alongside Swimming Australia, Amazon Prime and Telstra to bring the event to your screens at home. The Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is an incredible venue and we are counting down the days until we're back there.

BigVoice Media - Services Portfolio 2020

BigVoice Media Group have started off 2020 on a high note. Since the start of the year, we have been out of office for 24 days, involved in events such as the Brisbane Open, swimming in Melbourne and Surf Lifesaving beach carnivals in Perth. During the times we aren't away, we're producing stunning videos for our clients and streaming live events in Brisbane and Gold Coast.
