Can we all please take a moment to appreciate how lucky we are here in Brisbane? ☀️🌊
Being able to pick up our lunch and spend a day by the sea, soaking up the sun and fresh air, is such a privilege. It’s the perfect way to recharge and get ready for the upcoming week.

This week is going to be a bit dense at Bridge Orange Consultancy, so I’m making the most of this quiet Sunday afternoon to gather some energy.

I recently attended a three-day online event hosted by a leading education platform in Ukraine, where several guest speakers shared insights on marketing and beyond. One of the standout moments for me was hearing Yaroslava Gres, a well-known Ukrainian PR expert and co-founder of Gres Todorchuk PR, say that you can’t motivate someone if they’re not already passionate about what they do.

I immediately found myself nodding because that’s been my exact experience, not just in building my team but also in working with clients. I always aim to collaborate with people who are already enthusiastic about their work—it makes all the difference in achieving great results!
