Shockingly enough, I learned of what causes procrastination.
Personal development gives you the abilities to develop your potential and capabilities on your personal activities, dreams and goals.
Procrastination is when you don’t set a deadline and identify the reasons for your stress.

I’m in my late 50s and finally realised that my life and pathways had been bombarded by “What ifs and What will people say?
I was always afraid of letting people down and letting go of what I had already been taught and known. This is no disrespect to my heroic parents whom protected and guided me well. I will always be indebted to the incredible upbringing that I gratefully received.
It is no doubt in my mind now, that it’s my time to give back to them through my journey as a mother and grandmother, to continue their legacy of unconditional love for my little family and build a new world financially.
Recognising my weaknesses came in my late 50s but it’s never too late to do something about it.

My greatest fear in life was not being able to care for my parents being the only girl and worried a lot how people judged me if I failed.
I worried if I would ever be a good mother and provided for my children.
I worried about people’s judgements of my behaviour, presentations, performances and postures.
My fear of swimming in deep water after a near death experience at a very young age. All theses feelings caused me a lot of my health issues, as in Anxiety, gut bloated, inflammation, nervous breakdown, constant abdominal and calf pains that I’m hospitalised often .

Our age increases every year and our body changes. Our mindset sometimes changes because we doubt ourselves.
