Well there are two definitions of the term to social media gurus. ⁠

1. Posting your content and then exiting the app with out a further thought.⁠

2. Posting consistently for a week or a month and then 'going ghost' for a chunk of time.⁠

Both of these are hurting your business DRASTICALLY. ⁠

In short, the algorithm LOVES consistency and so does your audience. ⁠
