I listened to a real woman's view on simps. It’s not funny atoooool!

I've seen Competent Engineers getting promoted to supervisor positions. They were great with things and incompetent at dealing with people and over and over again, they get promoted to leadership positions where they flaw abysmally.

I've also seen natural caregivers embark on technical careers in the quest for being woke and/or just because it pays... Only to flaw abysmally.

This is called the Peter principle.

The Peter pricicple states that I'm any hierarchy, an employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence and that's where his stays.

One of the biggest problems in the modern society is the identity crisis where people have lost themselves in the hierarchy.

They've done what they've been told, they're following the rules, they're being promoted, and then all of a sudden, they find themselves getting lost in the process of being promoted and trying to conform to what the hierarchy expects.

They've lost their own identity... They ask questions like who am I?
What amI?, Where am I?, And other questions; but mainsly- who am I?

This is a major problem of the modern corporate society and it's piraging effect is even the more obvious on the women who are more predominantly emotionally charged than their male counterparts.

Look at Genevieve Nnaji, Funle Akindele, Tontoh Dikeh, and et cetra. These career women have answered most life questions but the question of "who am I?" keeps pushing them into depression, depersonalisation, etc.

Just because two things happen at the same time (positively or negatively) does not imply that one caused the other.

You’re not single because men/women are tr*sh.
You’re not broke because Buhari is president

Accord gratitude or blame to the true causes of your successes/failure. No entity needs to suffer or jubilate over your losses or winnings unless they truly caused it.

A clear example is when the Musician Tems accorded “All Women” the glory of her successful career in The BET awards. Sadly, the true pillars of her successful career were totally ignored— Wizkid, her managers, her producers, marketeers, etc.

All things being equal, unless her speech was crafted with the consent of Wizkid and the right pillars of her success, we shouldn’t be surprised if/when they rebel against her or at worst, isolate her from the light.

Korea to overhaul his system to attract more highly-skilled foreigners

The government has decided to fix its visa policy for foreign nationals in a bid to attract more highly-skilled professionals from abroad ― a move aimed at tackling the population decline and reinvigorating the nation's growth potential.

This move is part of the Yoon Suk-yeol administration's economic policy directions unveiled by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Thursday.

According to the finance ministry, specifically, the E-7 visa, which is issued to foreign professionals of special ability, will be expanded to include more high-skilled foreign workers from cutting-edge technology and science sectors.

"Currently, the E-7 visa is subject to only 86 occupations. While this classification will continue to be maintained by the government, the E-7 visa will further be allowed for various professionals of high-tech industries, regardless of their occupations, except simple manual and administrative workers," an official from the finance ministry told The Korea Times.

The government also plans to lower the income-level qualification of visas exclusively issued for employees of foreign nationality working at local small- and medium-sized companies, so that small-sized companies can hire competent foreign workers more effectively. The current visa system has often received criticism that its required income level is too high for small-sized companies, and that only large corporations can afford to meet the required level.

In addition, the government plans to introduce a new visa with the special purposes of promoting regional development and encouraging foreign employees to settle in such regions. The visa will be issued to foreign students studying at regional universities and colleges, in collaboration with each region's businesses.

The government also aims to expand the visa quota for the non-professional foreign workforce in the long-term.

The series of changes in the visa system are to spur the country's growth potential by attracting competent workers of foreign nationality into the country's economically active population.

"The economically active population in Korea is steadily on the decline, since it peaked in 2019. The government plans to address the issue by attracting competent employees from three categories of workers ― senior, female and foreign workers ― so that the country's growth potential is not harmed from the long-term perspective," the official explained.

The specific details of the new visa policy, along with the government's set of comprehensive policies for residents of foreign nationality, is slated to be announced by the finance ministry's population task force team during the second half of this year

Those may be valuable features of artificial intelligence(AI) but the downside isn't as negligible as many would think. You see, most s*X toys are becoming more sophisticated/intelligent for ensuring heightened pleasurable experiences to the buyer. These are all geared towards replacing natural gemitalia-coitum with the more user-friendly artificial alternatives. SMH

Most factories and industries are becoming smart... That implies increased pofit for the CEOs and governments amidat a decline in employment for the average middle-class.

Decision-making isn’t as simple as you’d assume. It’s clearly not what I thought it was… it is not a child’s play; and I’ll explain:

Recently, I’ve been faced with trees of hard choices and they are all on the extremes of good and baad. The benefits and consequences of either choices I make are so dire that it feels safer to just avoid them… sadly, avoiding them is the only sure-way to a disastrous outcome.

If I have a fearless heart, a logical mind, a backlog of experiences to tap from, and a testosterone high enough to just say “f*k it”, Yet I am stuck between conflicting worlds of choices while the clock ticks, how hard is it for my female counterpart whose existence is mostly ruled by emotions?

How about the inexperienced, younger, gullible, weaker, and/or ignorant “Innocent” my brother?

Truly, the world is a harsh place and is getting harsher as time sails! (Best believe it).

If not for anything, pray for wisdom above all else and plan all the way to the end. If the outcome you want isn’t guaranteed, the least you can do is prepare for it.
