For those of us who have made the choice to heal and break intergenerational patterns, it can be a challenging and lonely road; that said it can also be the most rewarding path in our lives! As a yoga facilitator, conscious dance facilitator, a holistic counsellor specialising in trauma, and also a 24/7 neurodiverse single mum, I wanted to create a community where parents can journey together, be welcome, safe and supported. A place to turn up exactly as they are in each moment, both the bright and the inevitable dark ones. The village is the space for you if you’re ready to join other parents in solidarity and completely change your life! Everything is designed to be manageable, even if you can only find 5 minutes a day for you. There are 12 core subjects that are the foundation of conscious parenting, each subject comes with an original healing movement meditation, worksheets and videos. And there’s a live call on the 22nd of each month where you’re invited to come as you are, with your kids, a cuppa and generally in your pyjamas. You get to sit with the other parents in the village and build your community, have a laugh and share your ups and downs from the month.
