✨ CONSISTENCY IS KEY ✨

You’ll hear me say this a lot. Remember that time when you complimented someone on a skill they possess that you admired, and they replied, “Practice makes perfect!”, which lead you to have an internal rage fit? The “consistency is key” phrase has exactly the same effect.

I urge you to flip the script. Consistency is key… because you get back what you put in!
