We've been enthusiastic supporters of menās health, and in particular raising awareness of prostate cancer, since our founder Michael Schildberger was diagnosed in 1997 who then sadly passed away from the disease 2010.
Our Managing Director, Nick Schildberger, also was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2021. However, Nick is living proof that early detection and treatment of his prostate cancer means his life wonāt be cut short by the disease.
RULE Prostate Cancer was formed in 2021 and is committed to working towards the day that no Australian man will die from prostate cancer. With Nick whole heartedly sharing in this mission, RULE asked Nick and the Schildberger family to share their cancer journey.
This is a cause very close to the hearts of everyone at SoundCartel, so we are delighted to share (and produce) this video, to tell the Schildberger family prostate cancer story.
