What an awesome ChromeFest weekend!! Although I couldn't resist taking photos, we managed to put the camera down for most of it and have fun with our own cars this time around. It was great to see so many different types of cars there this year. looking forward to the next one

Hanging out with The Northern Beaches Hot Rod Club at their Bobbin Head Invitational Hot Rod show the other week. This show is nostalgic for the hot rod club and we were pretty lucky to have the national park let us host it again at such a nice spot.

Had an absolute blast driving this awesome model A on the weekend. I almost didn't give the keys back!! Dave the owner of "Old 76" jumped in his bedford pickup hotrod and got in Dave's 29 model A "ACOLDY" then off we went on a 350km cruise with the Northern Beaches Hot Rods club checking out everyone's sheds along the way.

Needless to say I think I need a model A roadster... Thanks Dave for the lend of you car mate 🤝 I took hardly any photos because I was to busy enjoying the car. So here are some sh*tty servo photos 🙂

This is a 500hp WRX STI, and it's for sale!!! There is a mad story behind this car, but I'll save that for another post. This one owner STI is basically a road registered race car and was built by its late owner to do just that. It has a bolt in cage, cross member bracing, coil overs, strut bracing and the brakes have been upgraded. MRT started with a EJ257 block and built one weapon of an engine with all the supporting mods to safely make massive power. It has flex fuel and on E85 @ 27psi boost it makes 500hp. Big money has been spent on this car to make it quite competitive on the track.
