My Dad passed away - But that was 20 years ago this year actually. On a random Monday our entire lives changed unexpectedly for my family and I. Now I’ve just turned 30 and with all of advancements with - I was able to recreate this image from my wedding day and add my Dad in.

There used to be a Bridge here that I’d explore after a soccer game when I had a family before I had grief. Sitting back here at 30 years old makes me realise that mental health is like this bridge. It can take so much and so much until it can’t. People start saying don’t go to the bridge over time - it’s worn down and worn down after years and years or turmoil and flood but in an instant it can even let go. It can be ripped away in an instant and replaced in the foreground by the new one with concrete that’s better off structurally and so the traffic flows. It doesn’t mean it wasn’t a good bridge it means that even structural wood has it day. So if you can be anything if this world don’t be a careless c*nt
