Hey, friends 🧡
I wanted to take a minute, and jump back on socials to catch you up. I’ve taken some much-needed time off to refocus, reframe, and honestly, just breathe. Life has been hectic; juggling a move, work, solo parenting, the kids being home for school holidays, and battling my own mental health challenges. It’s been a whirlwind, but also an important chapter of reflection and growth.
🙏 Sometimes, life forces you to slow down and step back, even when you don’t want to. For me, this time has been about getting out of my own head by leaning into exercise, journaling, and reconnecting with my boys and my little Dachshund family. 🐾 I’ve also spent time reshaping where I’m heading with Hamlet and Fields in 2025… And let me tell you, I’m so excited about what’s ahead 😁
Not only is Hamlet and Fields about photography, videography, and social media management, it’s about telling stories that matter, helping rural and regional businesses thrive, and from March this year ⏩ capturing the magic of country weddings, and running workshops designed to help people find resilience and balance in business and life both on and offline.
This pause gave me clarity on why I do what I do: to support solo parents and those rebuilding after separation, to guide them in finding their direction, and to advocate for resilience and well-being in life’s next chapter 📖
I’m jumping back into shoots, social media management, and creative projects next week when the kids are back at school (hallelujah!).
I can’t wait for you to listen to my upcoming podcast chat with Angie from , where we dive into life, struggles, and everything in between. 🎙️
Thanks for being here with me, even through the quiet moments. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, know you’re not alone 🫶 and sometimes, stepping back is the best way to move forward. Watch this space because I’m ready to hit the ground running. Let’s go. 🌾
And hugs to all who msgd to check in on me 😘
