Dasher down and Blitzen Buggered,

The season has had Santa’s time covered,

Rain on the hay and sprouts in the wheat,

To just make it till Christmas will be quite a feat,

Dust on his suit and chaff in his hair,

Santa has found the season a tiring affair,

Resting the Reindeer at home on the pasture,

Lucky the Kenworth is getting the crop in much faster,

Barley to feed the dairy cows at the shed,

For the Aussie milk, cheese and butter that keeps us all fed,

Rest up for the year is coming to an end,

Take stock and give thanks for all our good friends.
