Get Forked and Fly Byron Bay Food Review I’m a food lover, a traveller, a journalist, a champagne sipper, a social media enthusiast, a budding photographer and a student of life.

I love dogs and visiting Melbourne. When I turned 40 I decided it was now or never, so I started planning my first blog – Get Forked and Fly - a food and travel journey. I wanted it to be engaging and personal - like a magazine review - where I could share the good, the bad and the funny side of my food and travel experiences with readers. I really do like food – a lot. I have an insatiable hunger

for it! I spend my spare time reading about food in recipe books and food magazines, watching television cooking shows, visiting food markets, following other food blogs, seeking out foodie social media and, of course, cooking and eating! I also love to travel. I cherish the opportunity to explore far away places as well as lesser-known pockets nearer and dearer to me.
