Thrilled to have been a part of this episode with my good buddy Shane Delia showing off what we have been building for 2 years.
And even more special that it aired today... its our 2nd anniversary today. We took over the property on 1 September 2022, not knowing what was ahead.
Can not deny its been a mammoth and exhausting undertaking but we are still here. Jigs Liwanag is a superstar and is making a name for himself as one of the best in Ballarat. My brother Paul Dillon works as hard as anyone for our success and has put his heart and soul into our every day.
