Lachie Smith is an Associate Director in LAWD’s Valuation Team, bringing years of experience to the firm from his base in at Hustle. Growing up on a mixed-farming property in the Central-West of New South Wales, Lachie developed a deep connection to the agriculture industry. He pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Agribusiness (Rural Science) and furthering his expertise with postgraduate studies in property valuation.

Lachie’s work involves valuations for mortgage security, family law matters, and pre-purchase and pre-sale due diligence advice. He splits his professional time between Albury and Melbourne, seamlessly navigating both offices.

Outside of work, Lachie is gearing up for an exciting personal milestone—his upcoming wedding this spring with his long-term partner. When he's not busy with work or wedding plans, Lachie loves spending time with his mates, enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
