- Personal Tasks: Assist with personal tasks for the executive, such as personal appointments, errands, and household management.
- Family Coordination: Coordinate with the executive’s family members for personal or family-related matters.
- Scheduling: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Email Management: Monitor and manage the executive’s email inbox, prioritising and responding to messages as necessary. Meeting Coordination
- Logistics: Arrange meeting rooms, equipment, and any necessary refreshments.
- Agenda Preparation: Prepare agendas for meetings, ensuring all necessary topics are covered.

- New Hire Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and setup.
- HR assistance: employee welcome packs, ad designs for new positions, creation of job position descriptions, procedures, checklists & policies

- Technical Support: Provide basic technical support for office software and equipment.
- System Maintenance: Ensure that office systems and software are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Training: Train new hires and staff on office systems and software as needed. Strategic Support
- Goal Tracking: Help track the executive’s strategic goals and objectives, ensuring progress is monitored and reported.
- Decision Support: Provide support in decision-making by gathering information, conducting analyses, and preparing summaries.
