When we engineered our Rehearsal room we looked at rooms all over the world and asked musicians what they required in order to have not only a great rehearsal but how to maximise their time .

So what do musicians look for in a rehearsal space ?
1) Cleanliness
2) Ease of access / no steps/ level
3) Ample power points and safety switch’s
4) stage
5) Excellent Reverse cycle Air conditioning
6) centrally located with parking and public transport options
7) Large External window ( no one likes to be in a ‘ box’)
8: )Professional drum kit ,Amps , plenty of mics, stands and leads , stools and keyboard stands
9) Powerful PA and monitors
10) Lush carpet and sound treatment
11) Fridge , water and coffee .
12) clean external toilet
13) outside lounge area
14) Garden environment vs busy city or industrial estate
15) good lighting
16) Wi Fi ( live stream )
17) TV screen
18) Soundproof - bands hate hearing another band rehearsing
19) a large white board
20) Privacy - no interruptions .
21) enough space for 6 musicians to rehearse in comfort .

At the Voodoo Lounge we are committed to giving you the best possible rehearsal experience . Our primary goal is time and for this we have pre planned by putting all the gear in the room to save you time lugging ( load the car , unload , set up , pack down , load car and unload - Phew ! I got tired just typing this 😭) .
