Trevor Hendy is well known as an ironman legend but as we found out on a chat late last year on a special bonus episode of Sports Legends with Bevo he has also even acted on the hit TV show Baywatch back in the day and got to know the likes of David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson!

Trevor also told a couple of stories where he was a real life hero which proved he wasn't just saving lives in the water!

Ironman superstar Trevor Hendy has got so many incredible stories that we couldn't cover it all in just one episode.

He also discusses the amazing bond that he has with his son TJ which led to them creating history in becoming the first father and son combination to win the Australian board rescue!

Congratulations to South Aussie Luke Saville who finished up his professional career this week, unfortunately it wasn't the fairytale finish of a home doubles grand slam win but an amazing career none the less.

It was Saville’s 13th Australian Open doubles campaign, the highlight of which came in in 2020 when he made the final at Melbourne Park alongside Max Purcell.

Happy New Year everyone and wishing you all a great 2025.

Wanted to share something cool that happened the other day while working at the Bay Sheffield.

I had a guy come up to me who I'd never met before and he and said he loved Legends with Bevo.

It's little things like this that make it all worthwhile and especially with what happened to my old Legends with Bevo page last year and considered giving it up.

It means so much to hear this great feedback!

It's been an amazing past two days working as the ground announcer for the 2024

Truly blessed to do what I love.

Well done to all of the athletes, officials, sponsors, volunteers and everyone involved in putting on what was the 138th running of the Bay in a row.

It was also the 32nd Bay Sheffield in a row that was called by the incredible Terry McAuliffe! What an achievement.

We are changing things up a little bit in 2025 and splitting Legends with Bevo into four different series so there will be Backyard LWB, Comedy LWB Sports LWB and Business Legends with Bevo.
