Samson has teamed up with Vivian Wong, who leads PR & Communications, to bring awareness to a powerful safety tool that addresses a critical need in our society. Founded in 2020, the inspiration for the I’m Safe app stemmed from a shared vision to empower women with technology that ensures their safety and peace of mind.

With domestic violence cases on the rise in Australia, Samson and Vivian are deeply committed to making a difference. The I’m Safe app, which has already reached over 25,000 downloads, is a free resource designed to protect women in domestic violence situations and enhance women’s safety overall. Their goal is to make Australia safer, one device at a time.

I have known Rupinder because hikes and a super active person - she inspires me and I am looking forward to having a chat with her today in our studio 5EBI 103.1 FM Radio Station , partners in community 5:30-6:30pm tonight

Dr. Rupinderdeep Kaur migrated from India to Australia seven years ago and has completed a PhD in artificial intelligence and machine learning. She currently works as a Lecturer at UniSA Online, where she guides students through their educational journey in the online space.
Beyond her professional role, Rupinder is deeply involved in volunteer work. She serves as a Training Coordinator for the State Emergency Services (SES) Campbelltown Unit and leads the online community for the Young Sikh Professional Network (YSPN). These roles allow her to give back to the community and stay connected with her roots.
Rupinder leads a very active lifestyle, enjoy hiking and engages in strength training to maintain her mental health.
In addition to her community and professional achievements, Rupinder was a national chess player in India and has participated in the Australian Sikh Games, where she won a trophy in chess.
