I've just got back into the swing of things after an amazing weekend retreat hosted by the very gifted Di Russell

The 'Beautiful' Retreat or Be You To The Full Retreat, was just what I needed to reconnect with myself and confirm clarity on my new direction in business as well as in everyday life.

The accommodation at Kings Beach is absolutely spectacular with captivating views and stylish decor.

From the time I was collected by the uniformed driver in a pretty nice Jag, I felt quite spoilt and special.

I enjoyed delicious meals from a healthy menu of local produce prepared on site and served in a picturesque dining area surrounded by glass bringing the outside in.

The other four guests were lovely, we connected right away in the relaxing and caring atmosphere that Di had created to make exploring and learning in the group sessions rewarding.

If you are looking for a retreat for the mind to unwind, seek clarity, reflect or simply to get back in the drivers seat of your own life, then this retreat is for you.

Oh my goodness look what just happened🥳

In just six short weeks I have earned the level of sapphire I'm so very proud of myself so what does this mean?

So business wise.....
Week one Can I do this?
Week Two reached the level of bronze🙂
Week three reached the level of silver 😄
Week four reached the level of gold 🥰
Week five reached the level of Platinum 🤪
Week six, Today I've achieved the first gemstone level of Sapphire yep I think I can do this🥳

Health and fitness wise.....

Only 10 days ago I started taking this amazing natural plant extract I have lost 5.9 cm.
1.9 cm from my waist alone!!!
I feel much less bloated.
My blood pressure is the best that it's been for about three years even on my high blood pressure medication

Now these are my personal results and may not be as good as some of the other girls but I haven't changed my diet or exercise routine at all.

I'm a bread and butter girl 🍞I love my cheese and nuts 🧀 and drink wine just about every night🍷

I'm not a breakfast girl and my evening meal serving size is probably enough for two people🥘🥗🍮
