Balfour's Pastry team in 2002. Photo I took as part of video doco and oral history commemorating Balfours Bakery, the last major factory in the city centre of Adelaide, leaving it's home of more than 90 years.
Two decades later the apartment development signs are on the ground and the site is empty and derelict.
Realise this location doesn't have the value of Festival Plaza or Save The Crankerlocation but this could do with some of your 'activation' Premier Peter Malinauskas.
