CURRENT GIGS Regular gigs at Casablabla, Parkside Hotel, Franklin Hotel and Maximilians (Verdun) BIOGRAPHY Since 1995, DJ Smiley has held residencies at venues including The Lion Hotel (for almost 10 years), Crown & Sceptre, Savvy Bar, London Tavern, The Oxford Hotel, St Pauls, Synagogue, Royal Hotel and Crown & Anchor. He’s also played guest spots at Zhivago, Tapas, Mojo West, Cargo, The Richmond Hotel, Marble Bar and many more. Career highlights have included playing special events such as The Persian Garden (Adelaide Festival), Fringe Club, The Spiegel Tent, Vibes On A Summers Day, Shores On A New Years Day and Dawn. In addition to his DJing, music has played a major role in Andrew’s career through other work pursuits. He was a columnist and writer for Rip It Up/Onion Magazine for over 14 years, and appeared many times on community radio stations such as 3D Radio and Fresh FM. Futhermore, as a partner in the Three Reasons event management company, Andrew has worked on many festival and corporate events and for the last seven years, and has been the bookings and promotions manager at the respected live music venue - Crown & Sceptre Hotel.
