Images that inspire. I love to be inspired by images - I can't tell you exactly why but I just find it interesting to look at the colours, the content, the composition of the shot, the location they were possibly shot in. They all invoke a sense of idea creation - perhaps one that I can take with me into a job for a client. I mean what's not to be loved about feeling positively inspired?!!! So, I'll just carry on looking at pretty pictures, ok?! 😁

I love it when a brand comes together. This is Carly from Portal2Life. Together we have conquered her new business, Hypnobirthing Classes and supporting mum & partners to be new parents. We are very excited to announce the launch of her website portal2life.com.au
Right from the beginning Carly & I and had so much fun creating beautiful images and working together to make her dream a reality. Carly is such a beautiful soul and I can see why she is a dedicated midwife and this move into Hypnobirthing is a reflection on her nature and passion to ensure as many births are calm and relaxed (as they should be). School holidays are here and I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time at this place! Not that I'm complaining - Brighton beach is one of my favourite beaches in Australia and the fact we can ride our bikes there makes me happy!!

💾 Let's talk Website Security for a minute. Managing websites is more than just having it sit on a server. Looking after websites requires checking the theme is updated, the plugins are updated, creating regular back ups, checking the security is up to date and any threats are being blocked and the list goes on. Having your website hosted is serious business in my eyes and I want my clients to know their business website security is being taken care so they can relax!

This week I attended a 2025 planning session with the wonderful @ and it really got me thinking. After the session I headed home and sat out in the sun to reflect on the year and ask some questions of my own. One of them was "What's one small win from 2024 that you haven't properly celebrated yet?" -with all of the hurry hurry of this year I really haven't stopped and actually assessed the year with celebration (despite writing weekly wins down in my diary!). This year I just want to acknowledge the step I took into the website building world as I start to build a small brand. The beautiful clients I have had the blessing to work with has been a little reminder that yes I am heading in the right direction, the direction I want to head in. Whilst some might want less of a challenge as they head towards this same point in their lives as me, I chose a challenge! And I love it. My head spins at the end of every day but I still get to work with truly great people and get to be creative in the digital space. So thank you to everyone that believes in me - you're just lovely!💛

Nothing else to say. Sometimes I just need the reminder and I want to remind you that you being you is always wonderful....

I just loooooove Christmas time!! I love the traditions our little family have created, the joy from setting up the Christmas Tree, buying presents for family, entertaining friends and family, and capturing the daily images for my scrapbook (which I have done since 2008!). Every year I try to get a photo with Santa to add to the story! It's always good fun having a chat with the big guy! And I try to drop hints about what I want each year!😉

I create sites that you can actually edit yourself, should you need to say update some important information, add a new team member to your about page, updates some stats, add a new blog post etc etc. I teach my clients how to do this so they have control over the website.
