💾 Let's talk Website Security for a minute. Managing websites is more than just having it sit on a server. Looking after websites requires checking the theme is updated, the plugins are updated, creating regular back ups, checking the security is up to date and any threats are being blocked and the list goes on. Having your website hosted is serious business in my eyes and I want my clients to know their business website security is being taken care so they can relax!

This week I attended a 2025 planning session with the wonderful @ and it really got me thinking. After the session I headed home and sat out in the sun to reflect on the year and ask some questions of my own. One of them was "What's one small win from 2024 that you haven't properly celebrated yet?" -with all of the hurry hurry of this year I really haven't stopped and actually assessed the year with celebration (despite writing weekly wins down in my diary!). This year I just want to acknowledge the step I took into the website building world as I start to build a small brand. The beautiful clients I have had the blessing to work with has been a little reminder that yes I am heading in the right direction, the direction I want to head in. Whilst some might want less of a challenge as they head towards this same point in their lives as me, I chose a challenge! And I love it. My head spins at the end of every day but I still get to work with truly great people and get to be creative in the digital space. So thank you to everyone that believes in me - you're just lovely!💛

I just loooooove Christmas time!! I love the traditions our little family have created, the joy from setting up the Christmas Tree, buying presents for family, entertaining friends and family, and capturing the daily images for my scrapbook (which I have done since 2008!). Every year I try to get a photo with Santa to add to the story! It's always good fun having a chat with the big guy! And I try to drop hints about what I want each year!😉

Having a Wordpress Website is one of the best things you can do for your business for many reasons but mainly SEO. I create sites that you can actually edit yourself, should you need to say update some important information, add a new team member to your about page, updates some stats, add a new blog post etc etc. I teach my clients how to do this so they have control over the website. Now that's pretty handy, right?!

Feeling super inspired after our trip to Nee Zealand! Travel makes me so happy and I think what I noticed most whilst away this time was how much more we were in nature, because to be in nz you have to enjoy all of the beautiful aspects of those mountains and forests! And one can’t help feel a tiny bit small compared to them all but I’ve come back with a spring in my step and look forward to conquering the next 12 months of plans I have for my business!

I was very excited to finish another lovely client's website, Kirrilly of . Kirrilly and I met through an SA Woman meet up and we clicked! I was delighted to work with Kirrilly to recreate and build a fresh new Wordpress website promoting her counselling and Corporate Communication Training sessions. Kirrilly has amazing aspirations with an e-book and courses in the pipeline and I can't wait to help her create this on her website. The digital course world is exploding and the opportunities are endless! I was very happy to connect recently with another Carly (shown here in the Blossom) as my new website client. Carly is starting her own business, right her in Adelaide focussing on all things Hypnobirthing. As part of her package she has a Headshot and Branding Photoshoot included with her Wordpress Website build. We started with the headshot shoot in the Blossom, as we felt it was a beautiful reflection on her industry - new beginnings/ birth and so forth. And yesterday we worked down at the beach for her branding photoshoot to develop gorgeous images for her website. I felt so aligned with Carly in our preliminary chat about her website that our meeting went on for a couple of hours! We connected on so many levels that made working together on the photoshoots a real breeze. I love it when this happens and feel incredible grateful for the way our universe works! Now onto building her beautiful website & growing her business. 👏
