The below information is from Katie Ashby-Koppens, who, along with an esteemed legal team, has been working on the case of JULIAN FIDGE v PFIZER AUSTRALIA PTY LTD & ANOR filed in July last year.
The assertion is that both Pfizer and Moderna jabs are GMOs and were required to be approved by the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator (OGTR) before being injected into anyone. Eyes wide open
It is vitally important that the judge in this case is aware of the huge amount of interest from the general public in their decision.

Shortly prior to the listing, a link will populate on the Federal Court’s YouTube channel to observe the judgment delivery at 11am AEDT 1 March 2024.
This information needs to be shared as widely as possible. And you do not need to be in Australia to view the decision. Anyone, anywhere in the world, can show up.
