Bouquet series—— ✍️🌷

This tulip would never have bloomed so beautifully without the tender care of the one who nurtured it. We had planned to collect the flowers the day before our wedding, but the timing was against us—a long weekend, a public holiday, and no flowers available on Monday. So, we took a chance and picked them up on Saturday, three days early, unsure if they would bloom in time.

By the afternoon, the tulips looked weary, perhaps overwatered and missing the sunlight they needed. Royce and I were worried, afraid they might wither before the day. But Royce, with his patient and determined heart, took it upon himself to care for them. He stayed up late researching, rose early to check for signs of life, and adjusted their care with hope and love.

By Tuesday morning, our wedding day, the tulips were in full bloom-soft, vibrant, and alive, as though they understood the moment.

These flowers became more than just part of the day; they were a testament to the quiet effort and love that Royce poured into them, making their beauty even more special and unforgettable. 🤍

In the language of flowers, tulips symbolise forgiveness, respect, and a fresh start. There’s an old story that says tulips bloomed from drops of love, making them a flower of pure emotion.

For me, they felt like more than just flowers—they told a story. A story of love that’s grown stronger, of beginnings filled with hope, and of promises made with an open heart. Choosing white tulips wasn’t just about their beauty; it was about carrying that story with me on one of the most meaningful days of my life. 🌷

Our wedding is a story of us—woven with the little moments that made it truly ours. We chose our date, adjusted plans, and on the day, we rushed to the ceremony venue on foot instead of taking a car, worried that traffic might delay us. That hurried walk, filled with laughter and excitement, is a memory we’ll never forget.

We grew our tulips with care, watching them bloom in time for our day, and shaped the celebration with our hands—setting up our table and crafting DIY favours. These small, thoughtful touches reflected who we are.

May these photos always bring us back to this chapter of love and togetherness, a story that’s uniquely and beautifully ours. 🌷💒❤️‍🔥
