Hello to new friends here…I appreciate the invites to like your pages (which I have…and in some cases invite other friends to do the same), and your reciprocation in liking my own pages…some even without invitation…cos you’re just bad-asses!

However, if you’re gonna invite me to like your page (which I will accept), but can’t be bothered to reciprocate when invited…well, that can be very telling about how much you really wish to be part of a very supportive community of creatives (or not), and you will see at least one less number on your likes.

Kinda sad this even has to be stated in order to prod some of you along, but I appreciate collaboration and cross-pollination…not classist narcissism…

(by the way, if this doesn’t apply to you, please ignore…you have nothing but my love and respect)

Ok hive mind…since Facebook has jacked up my account (disabled my ad account, which I haven’t used for five years anyway), allowed someone to run an ad on my account, won’t let me manually dismount the ad, or delete my ad account altogether until I pay for the ad, and all of this with no way of contacting an actual human to try and sort it out…I am officially on the hunt for a reliable social media home for myself, Hiroshimabend, Puppy38, and opiumdenpluto…

Doesn’t have to be fancy, but CANNOT be religious, right-wing-leaning in any way shape or form…(an even split is workable, cos I’m not completely intolerant…everyone needs a laugh from time to time, eh?)…

Thing is, I’m about ready to get outta this place…but I have friends and family, far and wide, who I’d like to stay in touch with…and I still need to find a way to let folks into my music know what’s going on…

Any advice appreciated…and if you wanna stay in touch, send me a DM and I’ll give you my contact details…at least that way I can let whoever’s interested know when I’ve found a new home…

I remember when everybody left MySpace in droves when Fox bought it and it became inundated with ads…we seem to have developed a higher threshold for that bs…I just tried to watch an incomplete reel, with and ad at the bottom, and an ad that interrupted the reel…it’s like the old joke about a new Starbucks opening up in the toilet of another Starbucks…Facebook found a little ass-corner on the 57th floor and said “that looks like a great place to put another ad”…

To quote Johnny Rotten, “ever get the feeling you’ve been cheated?”…

Finally!...it's been a while since this was recorded, but O***mdenpluto is proud to release the live Hiroshimabend recording from 2018, "Live At The Snakepit" (ODP 057).

This gig, while sparsely attended, was two fast and definitely furious sets from Hiroshimabend and Mazut, with no break in-between bands. Definitely a night to remember!

To celebrate Bandcamp Friday, for today only, it is being offered as a digital download for free!
