The mounting adaptor has been printed, installed and used in the Jeep for some time now. Working splendidly. With the cover of the Jeep most of it is not showing. I guess I overengineered it a bit.

As mentioned in a post some days ago I tried to print the tray again. Only this time transparent. As you can see in the picture, left side is the original part, right side is my previous print and right in the middle is the transparent one.

It looks quite nicely and works great in the fridge. Althought it is only see through if something is close to it. The more distance between the plastic and the thing behind it, the less see through it becomes. Luckily stuff in the fridge tends to stay on the closer side. ;)

On the other side, the print time changed quite drastically from around 4hrs to 4days 16hrs. Also It has to be printed with 100% infill which leads to way more material used.

Next project will be a mounting adaptor to fit an existing touchscreen that's been salvaged somewhere into the din radio slot of an old jeep wrangler. I won't do any wiring or programming, only the adaptor.

Thanks to the work done by Rygar1432, PovertyPainter and eZtaR printing transparent PETG should be possible now.
On one hand, I can remedy a problem with my expanded fridge tray that irked me quite a bit - that of transparency.
On the other, printing of one tray will take 4 and a half day.

There aren't really any egg holders available that can hold more than 10 eggs ranging from S to XL. Well not anymore, that bad boy can hold as many as you'd like.
