VibeSessions Artist:
Cream (Krzysztof Kupczakiewicz)**, born in Krakow and currently living in Jaroslaw, Poland, developed a love for music early on thanks to his father and a deep interest in bands like The Beatles, Thompson Twins, Depeche Mode, and Jean Michel Jarre. His passion for electronic music blossomed in the 1980s, leading to his first gig in 1984 during the Eurodisco and Italo disco era. By 1990, Cream had become a resident DJ at Marashino, one of the earliest clubs in Jaroslaw, where he gained significant musical experience.
In the mid-90s, his fascination with trance and house music took center stage, leading him to a long-term residency at the Reno Club, the birthplace of house music in the region. Over the years, he played in almost all the local clubs, working as both a DJ and sound engineer, which greatly expanded his expertise in sound.
From 2004, Cream started playing in clubs in Rzeszow, including a nine-year residency at the Chilli Club, where he organized the "Night Session" events. In 2012, he joined the Sentence booking agency, founded by Angelo Mike. Cream has shared his mixsets on numerous radio platforms and has hosted his own show, "Terminal," on Proton Radio since 2013.
Currently, he forms a duo with Deep Fog, with releases on respected labels such as Particles, Soundteller, and Stellar Fountain. Their productions have been supported by top artists like Hernan Cattaneo and Armin Van Buuren, with their remix work earning them notable recognition. Cream’s style spans house, progressive, and minimal techno, and his contributions to the Polish electronic scene were recognized with a third-place finish in the Polish Electronic Music Awards in 2014. With over 35 years in the industry, Cream remains passionate and influential in the electronic music world.
