【深圳绿色发展吸引了国际青年竞赛】
2023年12月27日 - 在深圳市政府外事办的指导下，由深圳市国际交流合作基金会主办的“深”生不息绿色发展盛典圆满闭幕。此次盛典聚焦绿色发展和国际交流，邀请了政府、企业、媒体等各方代表，共同探讨城市形象建设和国际传播的新路径。
December 27, 2023 - Under the Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, the "Endless Growth of a Greener Shenzhen" summit concluded successfully. The event, with a focus on green development and international communication, brought together representatives from the government, businesses, media, and other sectors to explore innovative approaches for image construction and international communication of cities.
活动现场，嘉宾们围绕绿色发展和国际传播等议题展开热烈讨论。新华社原副社长、新华网首任董事长、总裁兼总编辑、中央网信办二十大精神宣讲团成员周锡生先生表示，通过深入挖掘典型案例和人物故事，可以更好地传递中国声音和中国智慧，让世界更好地了解中国的发展理念和价值观。
During the event, participants engaged in dynamic discussions on topics such as sustainable development and global outreach. Mr. Zhou Xisheng, former Deputy Director of Xinhua News Agency, first Chairman and President of Xinhuanet, and member of the 20th Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission preaching group, expressed that by delving into exemplary cases and personal narratives, we can effectively convey China's voice and wisdom, enabling the world to gain a deeper understanding of China's development concepts and values.
红树林基金会（MCF）联合创始人、副理事长、福田红树林生态公园园长、阿拉善SEE生态协会第八任会长、EAAFP勺嘴鹬工作组主席孙莉莉女士表示，这次盛典不仅为城市形象建设和国际传播提供了新的思路，更是对绿色发展理念的深入践行。她强调，红树林基金会一直致力于生态保护和可持续发展，这次盛典为各方提供了一个难得的交流平台，有助于推动更多的合作和共识。
Ms. Sun Lili, Co-founder and Vice Chairman of the Mangrove Wetlands Conservation Foundation (MCF), Director of Futian Mangrove Ecological Park, 8th President of the Alashan Society of Entrepreneurs and Ecology (SEE) , and Chair of the EAAFP Spoon-billed Sandpiper Task Force, stated that this summit not only provided innovative ideas for the image construction and international communication of cities, but also embodied the implementation of green development concepts. She underscored the MCF’s consistent commitment to ecological preservation and sustainable development, and this summit offered a valuable platform for fostering cooperation and consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Additionally, awards were presented to the winners in the short video contest at the summit, recognizing exceptional content and contributors. These short video works showcased the dedication and enthusiasm of Shenzhen's youth towards green development, infusing a fresh impetus into the city's sustainable growth. In the meantime, Ms. Zhu Xinmei, Director of the International Communication Research Institute at the Development Research Center of the State Administration of Radio and Television, was also invited to deliver a speech. From an industry-insider perspective, she provided valuable insights, analyzing the challenges and opportunities of international communication.
