There’s no strict rule but we should keep the balance between over-posting and disappearing for days.
Here’s an average for each type of content
•Posts on feed: 3-4 times per week
•Stories: 8-10 times per week
•Reels: 4-7 times per week
•IG-TV: 1-3 times per week
