The Newest Must-Visit: The magical opened in October and it really is worth the approx. 1hr 15 minute drive from Dubai. Breathtaking landscapes, glamping accommodation and lovely staff, it’s a very special experience.

As it’s a glamping concept, you’ll cook your own BBQ under a star-filled sky, and eat your breakfast with rugged Mountain views.

Each cabin comes with a fridge and kettle, so if you must have coffee in the morning, we recommend bringing milk (especially nut milks etc.) of your own. 🌙

New Restaurant: Quite the Dubai institution - who doesn’t love a luxury deli - has opened its doors at West Beach on Palm Jumeirah and we think it’s probably our favourite cafe in Dubai now. Large folding doors and awesome beach views bring the outside indoors making it the perfect spot for remote working, coffee catch ups and a spot of lunch. Currently only offering a limited menu of sandwiches and pastries while they set up, it’s worth going just for a coffee to take in the fabulous Dubai weather as it is right now. We love.

New Dining Experience: Hoorah, the good weather is here at last, and to celebrate launches a new super chic dinner experience held alfresco (we love that word). Dinner in the Sand starts this Thursday October 22 where - you guessed it - tables are nestled into the beach. While the resident DJ provides the tunes, feel the sand between your toes and hear the lapping of the ocean as you enjoy a two- or three-course set menu (Dhs250/Dhs300) with drinks served a la carte. Newly Reopened Hotel: A property that epitomises Dubai’s easy-breezey holiday vibe, reopened this past weekend welcoming residents and tourists back to its picturesque waterways.

New at the hotel is the Al Samar Lounge which will serve afternoon tea daily - with a vegan option - between 3-6pm accompanied by live music.

New Restaurant: Priding itself on serving home-grown and locally-sourced sustainable produce, newly opened at impressive vast setting is one to behold. Spread over 60,000sq ft, two floors and made up of two casual restaurants, two bars, a private dining room, a members’ room and terrace, the brainchild of Sergio Lopez, co-founder of Tom&Serg, alongside Australian chef Troy Payne, “The Pangolin… is a venue with a sense of community at its core – a place that people can’t wait to go to and don’t ever want to leave…”.

Menu items include hot smoked salmon with pull-apart bread soldiers, crumpets with poached eggs, halloumi croquettes and local tomato salsa on grilled sourdough for breakfast or choose citrus salt baked seabass or open fire toasted oysters for later setting.
