Good news for Entrepreneurs in the UAE!

Jeunesse Global UAE (Dubai) is a proud member of the Direct Selling Association UAE - one of only 8 member companies approved in Dubai.

The importance of this status was made clear in this recent newspaper article below wherein it is explained that in the majority of cases operating without a trade licence in an unregistered MLM company is illegal and subject to heavy penalties. The exception, however, is if a company is registered with the UAE’s Direct Selling Association. This permits salespeople to work for it on a commission-only basis without having to have a personal trade licence as sellers operate under their master licence.

Any business taking on direct sellers in Dubai, without DSA approval, may be breaking the law, as are their representatives. Make sure your direct selling company is a member of the DSA UAE if operating there.
