We've previously asked my network which they find most annoying as a consumer. This helps us, as an agency, to understand your audience better. YouTube seems to lead, but this may have something to do with the fact that YT forces you to watch an ad for at least 5 seconds - bad for consumers, good for us!
For most ads, the first 3 seconds are most important: if you can capture your viewers' attention in the very beginning, your chances of being skipped are lower. With that being said, all digital marketing platforms work, depending on your audience.
