To achieve the highest level of customer's satisfaction we decided to separate the installation team from the sales team Professional System Integrator (PSI) had been inaugurated at the beginning of 2012 to provide services in the installation sector and target new market segments. Consequently, the sales forces are now able to focus only on sales so that they can achieve their smart goals more efficiently. We have also established a training centre in Doha (Qatar) for engineers and technicians. This centre is providing latest updates on EIB/KNX technology. All branches, as well as departments (sales, logistics & accounts) are interconnected via VPN and leased lines so that information is available on the spot to answer the quickest possible way our customer's requirements.
