المهام والمسؤوليات المطلوبة من منتج الإعلانات الترويجية :

1- التخطيط والإعداد:
فهم أهداف الحملة التسويقية والجمهور المستهدف.
إعداد السكربتات والقصص المصورة (Storyboard).

2- الإنتاج والإخراج:
إدارة عمليات تنفيذ الفيديوهات الإعلانية والإخراج.
تنسيق عمليات الإنتاج بما يشمل المعدات، المواقع، فريق العمل والممثلين.
التأكد من التزام العمل بالإطار الزمني والموازنة المحددة.

3- ما بعد الإنتاج:
العمل على المونتاج، تصحيح الألوان، وإضافة المؤثرات الصوتية والبصرية.
التنسيق مع المصممين والمحررين لضمان توافق الإعلانات مع الهوية البصرية.
4- التطوير البصري على الجودة.

Creative Media Solutions FZ-LLC is seeking experienced professionals to join our team in the UAE for the position of:

Broadcast Technology & Information Systems Engineer.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Broadcast Technology & Information Systems Engineer Should have a strong background in broadcast engineering and information technology /products solutions support is a must, with the ability to seamlessly integrate the two disciplines to support our broadcast operations. As a Broadcast IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our broadcast infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted delivery of content to our audience.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain broadcast IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, and automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate broadcast technology with IT infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot broadcast equipment such as switchers, routers, and encoders.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements to our broadcast infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to broadcast operators and production staff.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical issues.
- Proficiency with broadcast systems and protocols, such as SDI and SMPTE 2110.
- Strong knowledge of IT principles and practices, including networking, servers, and storage.
- Experience with broadcast automation systems, playout servers, and content management systems.

- Familiarity with video editing and post-production workflows is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
