🍪🌰 Pistachio Pudding Cookies 🌰🍪
📋 Ingredients:
🧈 1 cup butter, softened
🍬 1 cup sugar
🍬 1 cup brown sugar
🥚 2 large eggs
🥄 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌰 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
🌾 2 cups all-purpose flour
🥄 1 teaspoon baking soda
🥄 1/2 teaspoon salt
🌰 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
🍫 1 cup white chocolate chips
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 🔥
2️⃣ In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. 🧈🍬
3️⃣ Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. 🥚🥄
4️⃣ Mix in pistachio pudding mix until well blended. 🌰
5️⃣ Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. 🌾🥄
