So this is my story. . . 😂

When I started the , I wasn’t completely sure about it. If you look at my Day 0 picture, you can tell I was thinking, "Is this just another fitness program?" I mean, I know I can diet when I need to, especially for a trip or an event. I’ve always been active in sports and even managed to fast for five days with just water. But after those events, I’d slip back into my usual routine and regain the weight. Consistency was my issue, and I love my cheese and grapes after meals, plus Netflix with popcorn is my way to unwind.🙈

However, this Kaizen Challenge made me realize that it's really about working on ourselves consistently and eating right. I started counting calories and noticed my skin getting healthier without any vitamins. Thanks to this program, I’m saving money on supplements and just paying for the gym!🫡

A huge thanks to my partner, Jean Lim, for introducing me to this program. And my accoutability body Angel Alviz, Seeing their transformation and dedication to "Self Love" motivated me, and it spread to our family and friends Cathlyn, Xiaoyu. And to Coach Cho Lim, thank you for this amazing program. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about changing lives.❤️

PMs is real and accumulated pagod, I just want to share for all the Girls who have same situation like me, na okay lang magka-setback. First time kong makaranas ng negative result sa MFP calorie count ko, at talagang masakit sa mata. Pero kailangan nating bumawi the next day.

Napakahirap maging working mom—sobrang dami ng trabaho at halos walang oras para sa self-improvement. Pag-uwi, may mga gawain pa sa bahay. Kaya saludo ako sa lahat ng single moms, dads, at mga OFW na mag-isa na gumagawa ng “Self Improvement”.🫡💪

Mahirap magbago ng habits ah, pero ang makitang may progress at gumising ng may positibong mindset araw-araw ay malaking tulong. Laban lang! Palagi kong inaalala ang purpose ko, at yun ay maging healthy para sa pamilya ko na umaasa sa akin.❤️
